THE ALOPECIA TRIO.

Back in the mists of time Eliott Fishwarmer had a vision and was determined to turn it into a band. Originally intended to consist of himself, Albert d'Oc and The Mad Dog of Judgement, Fishwarmer began writing. The band was soon joined by Oswald Alegobbler who gave voice to some choice lyrics. Many contributors came and went, although some came more than once!

Life took twists and turns for all involved until sadly Fishwarmer found himself band-less. He continued writing and recording solo until a magical day a few years ago.

There was a knock at the door of the Fishwarmer household and upon answering who should be stood there but Dodo Remainz. Fishwarmer and Remainz go back a long way and it would seem Remainz was at a loose end after recently being released by Leeds United because he was a shit goal keeper. Musically cut from the same cloth Remainz and Fishwarmer set about resurrecting The Alopecia Trio.

A few more members came and went but no drummer had yet taken the bait. Whilst sat fishing one day the two chums noticed something strange in the water. On further investigation it became clear it was a body, barely breathing but alive. Once the friends had revived the bedraggled fellow it was obvious he had no idea who or where he was, total memory loss. A plan was hatched to reintroduce the poor fellow to society. Remainz and Fishwarmer convinced him that his name was Rongo….Rongo Stour and that he was a drummer. So convinced was Stour that he immediately began "relearning" how to play drums and so the current line up of The Alopecia Trio was born.


Eventually DoDo Remainz tired of constantly being in the brilliant shadow of Fishwarmer and decided to take up a career as an aquatic pole-dancer, leaving Stour and Fishwarmer to search for a replacement.

Razzme Berry never wanted to use his Dads fame (Chuck) to bolster his own search for glory. So upon moving from Memphis Telford he took up residence in Covent Garden and taught himself to play accordion. Drawn by the punk explosion of '77 he soon realised that there was little call for his chosen instrument in this genre. Still avoiding guitar he took up bass and joined many successful bands, most notably The Swamp Creatures of Hades and War System.

Eventually he found himself living in Kidderminster where he became involved with other musos who convinced him to follow his Dad and take up rock n roll guitar. As luck would have it an opportunity came up to audition for the multimillion selling Alopecia Trio. This audition, held on the rooftop of Wyred Music, Stourport, with Fishwarmer switching to bass, was a tremendous success and so Razzme Berry joins Eliott Fishwarmer and Rongo Stour in further pushing the limitless potential of the band. There you go, who'd have believed it!


This band has had a long and complicated history but currently is a fast and furious trio playing an entirely original set in a style they call "Chaos Rock n Roll" Heavily influenced by the best of classic punk. If a gig of non-stop energy, humour and non PC songs is what you want then The Alopecia Trio is the band.
