GJ shall have no liability to the Customer under this agreement if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations under this agreement, or from carrying on its business, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of GJ Ltd or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors, provided that the Customer is notified of such an event and its expected duration
Each account is permitted to use the average usage for all accounts on the same package (as determined by GJ). If you exceed this, you will be notified by e-mail and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
GJ uses UK based cloud servers to host all our services.
The GJ service is based on users uploading their own material as such GJ take no responsibility for the content. However if the content is abusive, racist or unsuitable we will take it down.

Should the situation not be remedied within the time period stated, or the same person offends a second time, termination of service will ensue, and the party will be banned from all further access to the site.
