Back in 2017, whilst attending HRH Prog in North Wales, I came up with the totally insane idea of running my own festival and less than four months later, in March 2018, we had the very first Fusion event. It was a one day affair at Stourport Civic.

Due to our inexperience, it was poorly attended, but those that did make the effort and the bands that played all said how well it was run, sound quality etc.

Cutting a long story short, in 2024, we return with our 5th outing and with the venue booked for the next five years AT LEAST, we go out the first full weekend of March EVERY year. Bringing the very best in Prog Rock to Stourport, the event goes from strength to strength and with our people coming from all corners of the UK (and abroad), I think it's safe to say - FUSION PROG FESTIVAL is here to stay and with the likes of the mighty Rob Reed (Magenta, Cyan) stating that it's "the best prog festival in the UK" - endorsement indeed. We look forward to welcoming you aboard the Fusion family - Steve, Lou and the rest of the team xxx
